Job Description

The Licensed Assistant role at Regan Real Estate was designed to allow an individual to grow and flourish by learning hands-on and gaining invaluable and practical experience at an accelerated pace. This is achieved by working alongside a Top Producing Senior Sales Partner.

Who is a Senior Sales Partner?

This is someone who operates at the top of the industry. Transacting many home sales consistently over the course of the year. They are transaction-focused and prioritize their days with a focus on results-orientated tasks and therefore generally need assistance in many facets of the business.

What skills does a Licensed Assistant need to flourish in this role?

This is someone who loves to be busy by contributing to every deal. Communicating with clients, other agents, putting paperwork together and making appointments. Showing houses, conducting agent and public open houses, re-visits and home inspections. Helping with offers and attending listing appointments.

What The Regan Team has come to learn about this role: A Licensed Assistant at The Regan Team wears a big hat. You are required to prioritize the needs of the Senior Sales Partner and in return, receive immense exposure and gain real estate skills for success. A Licensed Assistant will generally sway to one side of either being administrative skills strong and selling skills weak or vice-a-versa. There is nothing wrong with either. The important thing is we recognize this. That is why the role is adaptive to the individual and the needs of the Senior Partner.
