in courses to writing exams.
How To Get Licensed
To be registered as a salesperson with the Real Estate
Council of Ontario (RECO), you must complete the Salesperson Registration Education Program.
To apply to OREA Real Estate College, you need an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or you need to write and pass the admissions test.
You can pay the course fees on a course-by-course basis. The fees for the Salesperson Registration Education Program total $3,580. Fees for the Broker Registration Education Program total $1,430. Note: fees are subject to change. Please verify with OREA.
